1. To consolidate monthly salary sheets on 2nd of every month with zero error.
2. Submit attendance summary with compelte supporting documents (Biometric Attendance sheet, Leave Balances, New Joiner list, Leaver list, revised package employee list etc.).
3. Get attendance and prepare reports as per agreed format on daily basis of all business entities and submit to HOD HR for review and monitor (Attendance , Leaves, Absent, Biometric reports etc.).
4. To maintain complete processing of loan/salary advance cases and maintain timely records before 20th of every month.
5. To maintain employee records in the ERP (HRIS) system with 100% accuracy.
6. To update complete record of employee attendance in HRIS module and check manual (Physical) attendance of employees once a day and submit report to immediate manager/supervisor.
7. To maintain and update Leave records of employees in Excel & ERP as per company policy.
8. Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to junior staff.
9. Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures and service standards with coordination of management.
10. Provide assistance to issue work schedules, forms, deadlines and duty assignment for administrative staff.
11. Monitor inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies as needed of general items.
12. Responsible to keep compelte record of payroll related documents month wise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
