Nativer is a fast-growing AgriTech start-up based in Erode, connecting farmers and households through fresh milk, vegetables, fruits, and daily essentials. We are on a mission to build a strong local supply ecosystem and deliver high-quality farm products directly to customers.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Coordinator who wants to be part of our start-up journey and contribute to the company’s growth story.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Support training, development, and performance review processes.
• Prepare and update HR reports, documentation, and compliance files.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.
• Ensure team coordination and positive workplace culture.

Ideal Candidate

• MBA / MSW in HR with 0 to 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Has a start-up mindset – willing to take ownership, multitask, and grow fast.
• A team player who can adapt quickly to challenges.
• Preferably from Erode or nearby districts.
