Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Maintain and update employee records on HRMS platforms (KEKA and ZOHO).
  • Handle HR operations and vendor management, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
  • Support and execute employee engagement activities, internal events, and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards using MS Excel
  • Respond to employee queries and ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for HR-related requirements and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (KEKA, ZOHO preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Canva for presentations and internal communication.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage vendors, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
