We’re looking for a high-energy, people-focused HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being a go-to resource for others. The ideal candidate thrives on balancing execution with problem-solving, ensuring consistent HR processes, supporting employees and managers, and helping the organization scale effectively over multiple-states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, and offboarding) for employees across multiple states
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law in multiple states
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, benefits, and HR processes
  • Partner with Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Support HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-state organization
  • Broad knowledge of HR compliance, payroll processes, benefits, and employee relations
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with Rippling, ADP, or similar preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally
