1. Employee Relations:
· Coordinate and manage employee transfers between store locations, ensuring smooth transitions, proper communication, documentation.
· Coordinating with HRMS team on manager reporting, grade changes, interdepartmental movement & inter country movements.
· Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries and concerns.
· Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions.
· Handling employee grievances, addressing employee complaints by ensuring fairness through structured process and providing resolutions.
· Manage employee leaves & absconding.
· Support with employee requests, warning & disciplinary letters.
2. Medical Insurance Management:
· Plan yearly renewal process. Vendor identification, quotation management, verification, approval from management in accordance to the budgets and documentation.
· Manage employee enrollment, renewals, and exits in the medical insurance program.
· Coordinate with insurance providers for timely claim processing and issue resolution.
· Educate employees on insurance coverage, benefits, and claim procedures.
· Act as a liaison between employees, HR, and insurance vendors.
· Communicate policy changes and updates clearly to employees.
· Track and update employee medical insurance data in HR systems.
· Maintain and update insurance records and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Preparation of GLPA Addition list of all the 13 countries
3. Employee Records & HRIS Management:
· Verify and maintain organized records of candidate documentation in accordance with data protection and internal compliance standards.
· Ensure employee-related documentation is complete, accurate, and securely stored managed by self.
· Assist in preparing reports related to employees.
· Support audits and compliance checks related to HR.
· Business Card request processing
4. Employee Off-Boarding Process:
· Manage the end-to-end offboarding process including exit interviews, communication with internal teams, and documentation.
· Facilitate structured exit interviews to gather feedback, identify trends, and support continuous improvement in employee experience.
· Notice period confirmation and information to respective stakeholders & visa cancellation process.
· Collaborate with respective teams to revoke system access and retrieve company assets such as laptops, ID cards, and mobile or PDA devices.
· Ensure timely processing of final pay, benefits, and issuance of experience letters and other exit-related documents by connecting with the PRO and Payroll teams.
