1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Support new employee onboarding and induction process.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of joining formalities.

3. HR Operations

  • Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll inputs.
  • Maintain HRMS/ERP entries and employee records.
  • Assist in policy implementation and compliance activities.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Support internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Help conduct surveys, feedback cycles, and performance check-ins.

5. Learning & Development

  • Assist in training coordination and session scheduling.
  • Track participation and maintain L&D records.

6. General Support

  • Coordinate with different teams for HR-related queries.
  • Support HR Manager in day-to-day tasks and initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
