HR Intern – Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our daily Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain candidate databases and job postings on various platforms.
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR files.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR-related documents.
  • Participate in learning HR tools, policies, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eager to learn and adapt.
