Role:-

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and facilitating hiring processes.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage pre-employment background checks.
  • Conduct new-hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues by gathering information, providing guidance, and escalating as needed.
  • Support performance management processes, including coaching managers on documentation and policy adherence.

3. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (HRIS and personnel files).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Help prepare reports such as headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.

4. Benefits & Compensation Support

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general questions.
  • Support annual open enrollment and help communicate benefit programs.
  • Coordinate leave of absence administration in compliance with FMLA and other regulations.

5. Training & Development

  • Help coordinate learning sessions, compliance trainings, and employee development initiatives.
  • Track training completions and maintain records.

6. HR Projects & Culture Initiatives

  • Support HR programs such as employee engagement, performance reviews, and recognition initiatives.
  • Participate in process improvements and other special projects as assigned.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience; HR generalist or coordinator background is a plus.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office applications.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position

Working Days:- 6 Days ( Sunday Off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
