We are a trusted provider of cloud-based IT solutions, delivering scalable infrastructure and expert-managed services to businesses globally. We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our Mumbai team to handle both HR operations and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work with department heads to understand role requirements and staffing needs
- Post job openings on relevant portals and platforms
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate final selection with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment tracker and generate hiring reports
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee database, records, and personnel files
- Facilitate onboarding activities: documentation, induction, and orientation
- Manage exit process: clearances, final settlements, and exit interviews
- Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll for salary processing
- Draft HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and notices
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, documents, and salary slips
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and HR procedures
- Prepare HR data for audits and compliance reporting
Employee Engagement & Support
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate internal communication and organizational updates
- Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance
- Familiar with HRMS platforms and attendance/payroll software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
