HR Generalist

Job Description: Logix Solutions is hiring a proactive HR Generalist (Night Shift) for one of its valued clients located in DHA, Karachi.

Position: HR Generalist (Night Shift) Female candidates preferred
Location: DHA, Karachi Female candidates preferred
Industry Preference: Tech / Software House

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations during the night shift.
• Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS entries, and documentation.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and summaries as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Tech or Software House environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates residing in or near DHA Karachi will be preferred.
• Females are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• PKR 90,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
