- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and handle statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback processes.
- Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal HR communications.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
