1. Job posting, understanding the JD and looking for candidates on Naukri.com, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, Glassdoor, Workindia, Ambitionbox, Jobhai, Apna, Hirect, Behance, colleges etc.
2. Calling candidates, arranging interviews, evaluation, salary negotiation and making job offers.
3. Introduce the new candidates to office staff, showing around the office and proper resource allocation like ID cards, workstations, year diaries, stationeries, etc
4. Making Appraisal letters, Appreciation letters, Experience / recommendation / leaving letters, Full & Final settlements, Salary Slips and taking Exit interviews
5. Implementation of Attendance monitoring system - Calculating the days of presence and absence, evaluating late marks of office staff through Biometric attendance system and reporting it to the Accounts department for salary.
6. Seeing that good office etiquettes are maintained by all staff. Maintaining Leave applications and verifying Sick leaves.
7. Making a yearly Holiday list, Birthday calendars, getting Birthday posters made from the design team, sending birthday emails, ordering cake or snacks for the same.
8. Maintaining, checking and ordering stocks of stationery, mouse and keyboard, Umbrellas during rains. Negotiating with the vendors for the same.
9. Policy making & implementation. Making company policy and ensuing the same is followed by the employees.
10. Solving Employee Grievances, needs, wants
11. Employee Engagement programs like yearly picnic, games, fun activities, Motivational programs, Diwali decorations, gift exchanges, Secret Santa, Christmas shopping, etc
12. Ordering Pantry stocks - Tea, Coffee, Snacks etc
13. Arranging hotels, flight tickets, visas and mediclaim of the overseas/domestic travel of the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
