About the Role

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Human Resource Generalist to support the Operations Director and HR Leader to keep our office running smoothly. You’ll support the day-to-day operations, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and compliance tasks for a team of about 40 full-time staff and up to 300 seasonal drivers.

Responsibilities 30% Office / 70% HR

•* Maintain office supplies, equipment, mail and general office organization.*

•* Provide administrative support to our Director of Operations and Director of Transportation.*

•* Work with the recruiter to support onboarding and offboarding for employees and seasonal drivers.*

•* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, certifications, licenses, and training.*

•* Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations and all ACA related reporting. *

•* Maintain record retention, leave administration, and unemployment documentation.*

•* Ensure employment verifications are responded to in a timely manner. *

•* Assist with HR audits, annual reporting, and compliance reviews as needed.*

Qualifications

•* 4-year degree required.*

•* This role supports office administration 30% and HR 70%*

•* 3-5 years HR Generalist experience required.*

•* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.*

•* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.*

•* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.*

•* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.*

Compensation & Benefits

•* Exempt $70K – $90K*

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
