Position Overview

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations with a strong emphasis on full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and administrative roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in talent acquisition while also contributing to broader HR functions such as employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and performance support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Support HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and assist with reporting and compliance documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture‑building activities.
Assist with performance review processes, training coordination, and workforce development programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

3+ years of HR Generalist experience, with a strong emphasis on recruiting.
Proven success recruiting in a manufacturing environment; motorsports or automotive industry experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
