HR Generalist

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, excel, PowerPoint or related software.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 5+ years working as a generalist or related field
  • Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
  • PHR or similar certification.
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 U.S.C.§ 6010
