HR Generalist

The Role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Manage recruitment processes and onboarding for new hires
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Assist in performance management and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
