DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role
Our company is seeking an experienced
HR Generalist
to support our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative function of the Human Resources department and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR duties including areas such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Employee lifecycle, Offboarding and ensuring that all HR and Administrative task are processed accurately and timely.
This role will report to Regional HR Manager
As The HR Generalist, You Will
Recruitment

Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)

Liaise with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements

Support selection process and ensure timely closure of positions

Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment reports
HR Operations, Payroll & Employee Lifecycle

Manage onboarding, employee records, transfers, and offboarding
-
Manage payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness
-
Maintain and update HR systems (Workday) and employee data.
Visa & Government Relations
-
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies and labor law
-
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Advise on basic regional labor laws
Employee Support & HR Operations
-
Address employee queries and provide HR support
-
Manage employee relation matters and advise managers
-
Assist managing executive team diaries
-
Assist with expense submissions and reimbursements
Compliance, Recruitment & Administration

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
-
Support recruitment coordination and onboarding
-
Prepare HR documentation and support audits
-
Ad hoc support for all HR and Admin related topics
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you
The Ideal HR Generalist
-
Bachelor's Degree in HR or Accounting or related filed.
-
5+ years of HR work experience especially in HR day to day operations
-
Sound understanding of HR practices and HRIS tools (Workday preferred)
-
Basic understanding of regional labor laws (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, etc).

Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and work under tight deadlines.
-
Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (especially in excel).
