Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave administration, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills and be capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and absenteeism.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
- Support management in various HR operational matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of recruitment & HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and FlowHcm
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
