HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave administration, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills and be capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and absenteeism.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
  • Support management in various HR operational matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment & HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and FlowHcm
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
