We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist & Admin to manage day-to-day HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The role involves supporting employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, ensuring smooth office administration, and assisting in policy implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination by providing accurate monthly inputs.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and manpower data.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration tasks including vendor coordination, supplies, and facility upkeep.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support staff requirements.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics if required.
- Handle asset management, inventory records, and office maintenance.
- Support event coordination, meetings, and internal communications.
- Liaise with external agencies for housekeeping, security, and other services.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and general administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist and admin role (preferred).
- Experience in payroll support, recruitment, and employee coordination is desirable
