HR GENERALIST (ِArabic Male Only)

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Follow-ups

  • Supervise and guide HR Team in daily HR activities
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and provide feedback to the HR team
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of HR work and documentation

HR Operations (Generalist)

  • Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Review HR letters (offers, confirmations, warnings, terminations, etc.)
  • Manage attendance, leave, and HR systems

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Supervise recruitment activities and hiring coordination
  • Ensure proper onboarding and induction of new employees

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Support management on employee relations and HR issues

Payroll & Compliance

  • Review payroll inputs before submission
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Coordinate benefits, insurance, and employee entitlements

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports for management
  • Coordinate with finance, PRO, and department heads as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5–7 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Previous experience supervising HR staff is required
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Generalist/Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
