Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Follow-ups
- Supervise and guide HR Team in daily HR activities
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide feedback to the HR team
- Ensure accuracy and quality of HR work and documentation
HR Operations (Generalist)
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Review HR letters (offers, confirmations, warnings, terminations, etc.)
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR systems
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Supervise recruitment activities and hiring coordination
- Ensure proper onboarding and induction of new employees
Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Support management on employee relations and HR issues
Payroll & Compliance
- Review payroll inputs before submission
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Coordinate benefits, insurance, and employee entitlements
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare HR reports for management
- Coordinate with finance, PRO, and department heads as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5–7 years of HR Generalist experience
- Previous experience supervising HR staff is required
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
