About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced
HR Generalist
to join a growing HR team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting key HR functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to employees and management

Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives

Assist with payroll coordination and ensure accuracy

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and internal projects
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
Professional HR certification (CIPD, SPHRi, or PHRi preferred)
-
4–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
-
Strong knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management)
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Bilingual in Arabic and English

Currently based in Kuwait with transferable residency
