About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join a growing HR team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting key HR functions across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to employees and management
  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with payroll coordination and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and internal projects


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SPHRi, or PHRi preferred)
  • 4–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English
  • Currently based in Kuwait with transferable residency
