We're on the lookout for a Human Resources Generalist who has full cycle payroll processing experience , can juggle onboarding checklists, leave requests, performance reviews, and the occasional "Can you remind me of my password?" with grace, humor, and a smile.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance empathy with efficiency. You'll be a key member of our HR dream team, partnering with business leaders to make sure every step of the employee journey - from day one to day "see you later" - runs smoothly.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing

• Be the go-to person for HR questions, big and small (and sometimes delightfully weird).

• Manage full cycle payroll for up to 200 employees - ADP preferred

• Handle onboarding and offboarding like a pro, ensuring every start and finish is smooth and memorable.

• Administer leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and other programs with compassion and attention to detail.

• Manage full cycle recruiting efforts

• Partner with our corporate office in Taipei - international HR flair, anyone?
  
  

💡 What You Bring to the Table

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a MUST.

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience - you've seen a few things, and you know your way around employment law.

• Top-notch communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• A strong sense of humor, curiosity, and the ability to stay calm in HR chaos.

• Tech-savvy skills, especially with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• A "get it done" attitude - because you're not just good, you're HR good .

This role is fully onsite for the first three months in the South Bay, and then 3 days a week onsite and two at home.
