HR Generalist -Bilingual

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee life cycle. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of UAE HR experience, strong HR systems knowledge, and hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, visa processes, and HR administration.

The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Life Cycle Management

  • Manage the complete employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmations, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, induction, documentation, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

HR Operations & HR Systems

  • Manage and maintain HR systems (HRMS) and employee databases.
  • Update employee information, attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure HR data accuracy.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain trackers for recruitment, leave, and employee records.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth employee integration.

Visa & PRO Coordination

  • Coordinate employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, and labor-related documentation.
  • Work closely with PROs and government authorities for compliance and timely processing.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness activities.
  • Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Emiratization Support

  • Support Emiratization initiatives and recruitment activities.
  • Maintain records and assist in compliance reporting related to Emiratization requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems/HRMS platforms.
  • Good understanding of UAE labor law and visa processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) is an advantage.
  • Experience in retail, beauty, hospitality, or FMCG industry preferred.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
