HR Generalist (Blue Collars)

This role offers the chance to work within the Group's operational workforce, supporting blue-collar teams across our sites.


What We Look For

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle for our blue-collar workforce. This includes recruitment, personnel administration, labor law compliance, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR operations across all sites while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage hiring for blue-collar roles from screening to onboarding.

  • Support mass recruitment campaigns when needed.

  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

Personnel:

  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee files.

  • Track probation, confirmations, renewals, and terminations.

  • Manage social insurance registration and updates.

  • Coordinate medical checks and onboarding documentation.

Labor Law & Employee Relations:

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal HR policies.

  • Handle employee queries and support workplace issue resolution.

  • Manage labor office documentation and government-related processes.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of HR experience with proven experience in hiring and managing blue-collar or operational teams.

  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and personnel administration.

  • Experience in mass hiring is a plus.

  • Previous experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical industries is strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable working across different company locations (warehouses / operational sites) as required.
