HR Generalist ( Cairo - Giza)

We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join Talent 360!

Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will support comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, and HR reporting/administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment processes
  • Handling employee relations
  • Assisting with OD initiatives
  • Coordinating employee development & performance cycles
  • Conducting new hire orientations
  • Maintaining HR records & generating HR reports

Requirements


2–5 years of experience in HR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law & employment equity regulations
  • Strong HR administration & people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong decision-making & problem-solving abilities
