HR Generalist - Compensation an Benefits

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in Compensation & Benefits to join our HR team. This role will focus on managing salary structures, employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and payroll support.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive pay practices.
  • Design and oversee employee benefits programs (insurance, health, wellness, leave policies, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners for benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records.
  • Generate reports and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and HR costs.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement and total rewards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1-3 years of HR experience with a focus on Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR software/HRMS tools.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,450.68 - ₹25,000.00 per month
