Job Title: HR Generalist cum Admin (F&B / Restaurant Industry)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist cum Admin with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations while supporting administrative functions, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards across our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies
- Support training and development initiatives, including hygiene and food safety training
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance
- Coordinate with restaurant managers on staffing and HR needs
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in F&B or restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP) is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Qatar labor law
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality sector
- Certification in food safety or hygiene practices
- Arabic language skills (optional but preferred)
