Responsibilities:
- 1. *Exit Interviews*: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights on reasons for leaving.
- 2. *Separation Agreements*: Prepare and facilitate separation agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- 3. *Benefits and Payroll*: Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of final wages and benefits.
- 4. *Equipment and Asset Return*: Ensure the return of company equipment, assets, and property.
- 5. *Confidentiality and Data Protection*: Maintain confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of sensitive employee data.
- 6. *Reporting and Analytics*: Provide insights and recommendations to management based on exit interview data and trends.

Requirements:
- 1. *Experience*: 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related field.
