Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role: - We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management, legal compliance, and ERP software, along with a proactive approach to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- * Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, minimum wages, and other HR-related legal requirements.
- * Maintain HR records, employee database, and manage ERP entries effectively.
- * Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and compliance.
- * Support in audits, statutory inspections, and maintain documentation.
- * Assist in general HR functions including leave management, employee engagement, and HR policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience in ERP / HR software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
