HR Generalist (KSA Experience)

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regulations is a must
  • Handle payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage personnel activities (contracts, records, employee files, social insurance, etc.)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations and performance management support
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is mandatory
  • Proven experience in payroll and personnel management and Recruitment
  • Solid background in HR operations
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
