How Will You Make An Impact?
The HR Generalist III plays a key role within our global HR team, delivering comprehensive human resources support to enterprise functions and business partners. This position serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, driving HR programs and strategies, supporting global initiatives, and providing innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
This role ensures compliance, mitigates risk, and contributes to the long-term success of the organization by fostering strong partnerships and delivering exceptional HR service.
Location:
This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters.
What Will You Do?
Strategic HR Support
Partner with enterprise leaders to understand business needs and deliver timely, innovative HR solutions.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, advising and influencing decisions to support organizational goals.
Drive HR programs in alignment with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and ensure accountability for results.
Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions to business challenges.
Employee Relations
Serve as a resource for HR policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication and compliance.
Provide coaching and consultation to managers and employees.
Support investigations and coordinate employee engagement activities.
Compensation & Benefits
Review and approve salary adjustments, job changes, and other transactions in Workday, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Collaborate with the Compensation COE on job analysis, job descriptions, and benchmarking.
Communicate benefit and policy changes and provide employee education as needed.
HRIS & Reporting
Generate and interpret HR reports, including headcount, cost center, and job change data.
Utilize Workday and Excel for reporting and analysis.
Project Management & HR Partnership
Participate in strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Conduct training sessions and exit interviews as needed.
Create and deliver presentations to managers and employees effectively.
How Will You Get Here?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
4-6+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a corporate environment (supporting teams, such as HR4HR, Legal, IT, and/or Investor & Communication Relations).
Experience working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment and/or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and HR reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO), and HRIS systems.
