HR Generalist (Male Hindi Speaking - Visa Processing, PRO Exp Required)

Department: Human Resources The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, PRO coordination, and end■to■end visa processing activities. The role ensures compliance with UAE labour laws and Free Zone / JAFZA regulations while supporting a smooth and efficient employee experience across HR and government transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files as per UAE labour law requirements.

• Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.

• Assist in performance management and probation review processes.

• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

• Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–6 years of HR Generalist / HR Officer experience in UAE.

• Hands■on experience in PRO coordination and visa processing (Free Zone / JAFZA preferred).

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Immigration & MOHRE procedures.

• Experience handling employee onboarding, renewals, and cancellation processes.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in HRMS / MS Office tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
