1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, background verification, and prepare offer letters.
- Plan and execute employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and statutory deductions.
- Handle time-office activities and maintain accurate HRIS data.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, etc.).
- Liaise with government departments, auditors, and inspectors.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and timely submission of returns.
4. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support disciplinary procedures and domestic inquiries.
- Promote communication between management and shop floor employees.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate technical/soft-skill training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
6. Performance Management
- Assist in setting KRAs and conducting annual performance appraisals.
- Support managers in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
7. Health, Safety & Welfare
- Ensure employee welfare activities are effectively implemented.
- Coordinate with the EHS team on health and safety initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee engagement and motivation programs.
8. HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, etc.).
- Maintain employee personnel files and documentation.
- Support audits and internal HR reviews.
