Job Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly attendance reports.

Prepare payroll variables on monthly basis.

Handle social insurance requirements for the location.

Prepare employee files as per labor law requirements.

Support implementation of HR initiatives and projects (recruitment, training, surveys, employee engagement, DEI, etc.).

Maintain records of different HR functions professionally.
-
Represent the HR department professionally at the location.
-
Conduct employee investigations when needed.
-
Be the DEI owner in the assigned location.

HR Diploma Certificate

4 – 5 Years
