HR Generalist (Onsite/Night shift)

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team for an onsite night shift role. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the HR domain and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or relevant field
• Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work onsite in night shift

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters
• Support attendance, compliance, and daily HR operations
• Assist in employee engagement and administrative tasks

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
