We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist – Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong recruitment expertise along with hands-on experience in HR generalist functions such as employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendors
  • Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
  • Handle offer negotiations and candidate closure
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS

HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and employee documentation
  • Support employee lifecycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit)
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Handle employee engagement activities and HR communications
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • HR Generalist : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Recruitment : 1 year (Preferred)
