We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist – Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong recruitment expertise along with hands-on experience in HR generalist functions such as employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendors
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
- Handle offer negotiations and candidate closure
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Support employee lifecycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit)
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases
- Assist in performance management processes
- Handle employee engagement activities and HR communications
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
