About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Generalist who excels in communication, has the ability to work under pressure, and possesses strong candidate assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job advertisements on relevant hiring platforms and manage applicant
• pipelines
• Conduct initial screening and first-round interviews to shortlist qualified
• candidates
• Support HR and technical teams by providing the best-fit candidates for
• technical interviews
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely
• execution
• Manage Provident Fund (PF) contributions, records, disbursements, and
• compliance
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, PF, and other
• company-provided benefits
• Coordinate health insurance enrollment, updates, claims support, and
• employee communication
• Prepare final settlements for exiting employees (salary, PF, benefits,
• deductions, clearances)
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, contracts, and statutory
• documentation
• Create and maintain client log sheets using ClickUp and data provided by
• the Key Accounts Manager
• Track and document employee lifecycle changes (hiring, exits, salary
• changes, role updates, leaves)
• Submit weekly reports covering all HR, payroll, PF, benefits, and
• organizational changes
• Support HR professionals and key accounts teams in daily operational and
• compliance activities
• Handle employee and client HR-related queries professionally and promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
