Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist / Senior HR Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and other core HR functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, supporting the company’s culture and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid to junior level roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
- Organize and conduct induction/orientation programs.
2. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
- Handle PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with external consultants for legal compliance/audits.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support:
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR reports.
- Support payroll processing by providing required data to accounts/payroll team.
4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
- Organise employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
- Address employee queries, concerns, and escalate as needed.
- Assist in employee satisfaction initiatives and internal communication.
5. Performance Management:
- Assist in implementation and tracking of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers and employees in performance-related discussions.
6. Policy Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to drafting and updating HR policies as per business needs.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably with HR specialization).
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
