About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist who can manage HR operations, hiring, performance tracking, documentation, culture initiatives, and learning & development. This role requires someone who can bring structure, improve processes, and support the growth of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal TalentVisors roles.
  • Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring documentation.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance files.
  • Manage insurance documentation, benefits, and monthly HR checklists.
  • Oversee attendance, working hours, and discipline according to company policy.

3. Performance Management & KPIs

  • Track KPIs for Procurement & Research and Business Development teams.
  • Maintain performance dashboards, weekly logs, and monthly evaluations.
  • Support team leads in implementing performance review cycles.

4. Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and formalize L&D plans.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and competency development.
  • Maintain a learning calendar and track completion.

5. HR Generalist Functions

  • Support employee engagement and remote culture activities.
  • Handle employee queries, conflict resolution, and HR support.
  • Assist in policy creation and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of hiring, documentation, HR compliance, and KPI management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written + spoken).
  • Strong command of Google Workspace / MS Office, especially Sheets and Docs.
  • Experience in a BPO or tech/recruitment environment preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with remote teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore
