Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit and manage labor permit applications through MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation)
  • Apply for new visas, residency permits, renewals, and cancellations via GDRFA / ICA portals
  • Prepare and print labor contracts and maintain up-to-date employee records on government systems
  • Track and follow up on the status of applications and system alerts
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
  • Archive and organize all government transactions both digitally and physically
  • Provide internal administrative support related to visa and labor processes for new and existing employees

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience handling UAE labor and immigration processes
  • Proficiency in using MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICA systems
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate online government portals
  • Fluency English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with the HR department in a coordinated and timely manner
