Key Responsibilities
GRO & Government Affairs
-
Handle and follow up on government-related cases, including
iqama, transfers, renewals, profession changes, and employment compliance
-
Operate Saudi government and HR platforms such as
Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad
-
Conduct
in-person visits
to government entities when required (e.g.
Jawazat, Baladiya, Labor Office
)
-
Coordinate with external agencies, and service providers
-
Track case status, follow up until closure, and flag risks or delays
-
Support company formation–related and licensing processes when required (e.g. CR, government registrations, renewals)
HR Support (Secondary)
-
Support basic HR operations and employee documentation
-
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Maintain accurate employee records
Requirements
-
Saudi National
-
2+ years of experience
in GRO / HR operations
-
Hands-on experience with government platforms like
Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad
-
Familiar with on-site government procedures and follow-ups
-
Experience in company formation or licensing setup is an added ad
