Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive / Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR professional to manage and oversee various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and workforce engagement. The HR professional will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance with labour laws, and creating positive workplace and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Drive appraisal processes, KPIs, and employee development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Maintain payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement skill enhancement programs.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce reports.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize engagement activities, team-building, and welfare initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR role (minimum 5-8 years depending on seniority).
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS /Payroll systems).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
