Key Responsibilities1. HR Policy Development & Governance
- Design, develop, and update comprehensive HR policies across all HR verticals (attendance, leave, payroll, performance, disciplinary, recruitment, etc.).
- Ensure all HR policies align with organizational objectives, legal requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Establish policy governance frameworks, approval workflows, and documentation standards.
- Review policies periodically and update them based on organizational changes, regulatory updates, and feedback.
2. Employee Handbook & SOP Creation
- Create and maintain the Employee Handbook, ensuring clarity, transparency, and ease of understanding.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR processes to ensure consistency and uniform implementation across departments.
3. Legal & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, statutory norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with legal advisors and ensure timely updates on compliance-related changes.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
4. Organizational Structure & Governance Framework
- Define and maintain organizational structure, HR governance models, and reporting frameworks.
- Create policy frameworks for workforce planning, job evaluation, and grading structures.
5. Change Management & Communication
- Lead change management initiatives related to new policies and HR process transformations.
- Ensure transparent communication of policies across all employee levels.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on new or updated policies.
6. Performance & Behavior Governance
- Develop policies related to performance evaluation, promotions, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and rewards.
- Oversee fair and consistent application of policies for all employees.
7. Strategic HR Planning
- Partner with leadership to design long-term HR strategies and workforce guidelines.
- Provide inputs on culture-building initiatives, employee engagement frameworks, and talent retention policies.
8. Risk Management
- Identify HR-related risks (legal, compliance, ethical) and develop mitigation policies.
- Implement policy-driven controls to eliminate inconsistencies or misconduct.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in HR, MSW (HR) or equivalent.
- 10–18+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in policy creation, HR governance, compliance, and strategic HR management.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
