The HR Head is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives. This leadership role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. The HR Head plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational growth through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure continuous employee development.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Promote employee engagement and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and succession planning.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Head, HR Director, or senior HR leader (typically 8+ years).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR management.
