HR Head

Position: HR & Admin Head for group company with plant at Shirwal & Kadakwasala

Location: Manufacturing unit at Shirwal, Satara

Reporting To: MD & Board

Team Size: 3–4 direct reports

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end HR and Administration for a manufacturing plant with 500–700 employees. Drive HR strategy, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen employee relations, and support business growth through effective people practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR strategy & workforce planning
• Recruitment, onboarding & manpower management
• Training, development & PMS
• Talent management & employee engagement
• Payroll, statutory & labor law compliance
• Employee relations & grievance handling
• HRMS implementation, HR policies & SOPs
• Admin & plant-level HR operations

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5–8 years in Manufacturing HR (Plant HR preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance
• Languages: Marathi, English & Hindi
