Head of HR – Qlinks (Female Preferred)
Lake City, Lahore

Qlinks is hiring a Head of HR to lead HR & Administration operations and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement HR/admin policies and systems
• Lead recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning
• Manage performance, employee relations & compliance
• Oversee payroll coordination, training & administration
• Handle HR budgets, HRIS/ERP, audits & organizational development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 8–9 years of relevant HR leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
• Experience with HR systems (Odoo/ERP preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
