Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and manage all Human Resource functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.
  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and attendance management.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and workplace conflict management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
  • Develop training and succession planning programs for employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce optimization.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive organizational growth initiatives.
