Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Head & Business Operations Manager with strong leadership skills and a good understanding of basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will manage HR processes, streamline business operations, and handle basic accounts activities using Tally.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement
  • Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies and compliance procedures
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Plan training programs and manage talent development initiatives

Business Operations

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities across all departments
  • Improve internal processes for higher productivity and smoother workflow
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Admin, Sales, and Tech teams for operational alignment
  • Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and support management with planning
  • Manage vendor coordination, procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to company SOPs

Basic Accounts (Tally)

  • Manage basic accounting entries in Tally (receipts, payments, journal entries)
  • Assist accounts team with invoice preparation, follow-ups, and reconciliations
  • Maintain petty cash, expense tracking, and basic financial records
  • Support monthly closing activities and provide required documentation to accounts
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial documentation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR & Operations (managerial level preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and hands-on experience with Tally ERP
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, statutory laws, and operational processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
