Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in executive decision-making and provide HR insights for company growth.
- Forecast workforce requirements and design succession planning strategies.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee recruitment processes for leadership, managerial, and critical roles.
- Implement effective employer branding to attract top talent.
- Design onboarding programs that improve new-hire integration.
3. Employee Engagement & Development
- Build initiatives to increase employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
- Implement training and development programs for skill enhancement.
- Mentor and guide HR team members for professional growth.
4. Performance Management
- Design and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Set clear KPIs and performance standards across departments.
- Ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
- Monitor payroll, rewards, and recognition systems.
- Benchmark compensation practices with industry standards.
6. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
- Update HR policies to reflect legal and organizational changes.
- Maintain employee relations and handle grievance redressal.
7. Culture & Organizational Development
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Strengthen company values and build a high-performance culture.
- Drive change management initiatives during business transformations.
8. Reporting & Analytics
- Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.
- Use HR analytics to improve decision-making on workforce planning, retention, and productivity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
