HR Immigration Executive/Admin - Expatriate

• Process and follow up on visas, transfers, and labor cards, including dependent visas, Bahrainee national onboarding and expatriate hiring.
• Resolve issues and obtain approvals related to new and renewal of trade licenses.
• Monitor changes in local laws and maintain strong contacts within regulatory ministries.
• Represent the company/client with public and private authorities, ministries, and embassies.
• Ensure all information submitted is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Handle and follow up on employee-related applications with government entities, including Ministry of Labor, GOSI, LMRA, MOI, and other relevant authorities.
• Possess process knowledge in license renewals and amendments.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of Bahraini labor laws and regulatory procedures.
• Have working knowledge of salary processing and WPS (Wage Protection System).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Driving License - Mandatory

Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
